Server on Windows system

I have been searching through the site here but can't figure out how to install the server side on a windows machine. Can someone help me out here?

erhm, server on window?? Not without some mods and cygwin.

Why do you wanna (buy hm hm) waste a windows license if you can run this completely for free?
