Customizing script on just one host

hi all
I wonder if I can set a script just for one host on zabbix map? for example when I set a script to restart telnet, i want it to work on just a specific host and when I do right click on other hosts I don`t want to see it.

If the version of Zabbix you are using is 3.4 or later, you can create scripts that can only be run on specific host groups.
Please create a host group of one host that you want to be able to execute and enable only that host group.

Even 3.0 seems to have set host group.
