I have a new Zabbix environment with few windows server. Some of the servers have open problems about services that should be started automatic but are not in running state. the client don't need this monitor and i have tried to cancel it.
On Templates -> Template Os Windows -> Discovery -> trigger Prototype i have change the "Service.... is not running) trigger and unchecked the enable mark.
i thought that this will make the open problems automatically , but this didn't happened. what is the best way to cancel this monitor (trigger) and close all the currently open problems about it ?
