LDAP bind password storage and encryption

I'm setting up a Zabbix installation, using LDAP authentication.

For security reason, I have to know where the LDAP bind password will be stored , if it is encrypted and eventually the encryption algorithm used.

Can you help me?

Normally this is stored in the database, in the config table. However, we don't have authenticated ldap, so I'm not sure if it is saved encrypted, hashed or in cleartext.
