Creating Maps and Automatic Icons -- Incorrect on Constructor

I'm starting to dabble with creating maps in zabbix. I setup automatic icon mapping using host inventory fields. Simple stuff. Just server, switch, and firewall. Problem is when I'm in the constructor, everything is wrong. When i add a new element it shows a server icon. When I choose a host for it, it shows a cloud icon (not a server or switch like it should). HOWEVER... when I save and actually look at the map, the correct icon is shown. But when I go back to the map constructor, I see a gigantic server icon with a cloud again. This makes it hard to position icons. Is this expected behavior??

Same here - it is weird and very hard to work with.

We have 2024 and it's still not fixed, lmao. I was about to post a question about why my icon mapping doesn't work. Turns out it does; it just doesn't show up during map creation.
