zabbix server service shutdowns after starting.

when I turn on my zabbix-server service its just shutdown cannot start it up again.

Why you are quoting browser debug data if your zabbix server is shutting down?

Because the zabbix server logs do not show much when the service stops. I Have increased the log level as well.

Why you are increasing debug level?
Why do do you want to increase number of connection do DB backend?
Zabbix server processes uses only one such connection per processes (some does not need even one connection).
Really it is not possible to figure out what happens with you zabbix and/or with what exactly you have an issue.
