Hi Zabbix Community,
I’m Alexandre and I’m in charge of Network and Infrastructure of small company on south of France : some 50 network devices (Cisco, Fortinet) and 100 VM under 4 VmWare ESXi.
I recently discovered Zabbix and I deployed it on my environment : it’s amazing !
First step was the Network integration and now, I have to include the virtual machines.
Most of them are Windows Serveur 2008 and 2012 64 bits and I use agent Zabbix to monitor.
I already check global CPU, memory, network bandwith and disk usage with « Template OS Windows ». Zabbix version is 4.3.9.
To note that Windows Server are accessed by users with RDP sessions in order to make them own environment (Chrome, Outlook, IE,.. and our business application).
I would like to go further in check Memory & CPU used by this specific application.
I try to use « perf_counter[<Application.exe>] but I’ts not working with my agent version (3.4.6).
I also test with proc_info[Application.exe,,sum] with proc_info[Outlook.exe,,sum] but the result inspect only Outlook application on current user. The Outlook applications by the other users, in background, are not calculated.
I’m asking for your help to fix this issue and ask you if anyone also has an idea to to recover the memory used by an application
Thank you in advance for your reply,
Alexandre, from France
