We are using Slack integration with Zabbix alerts and it works really well. What I'd like to know is if there is a way to integrate it event further and allow for Acknowledgement and possibly even Resolving events from Slack?

If this Slack can execute external command/script when someone is doing ACK you can add in such script call zabbix API
