I've recently set up zabbix on a CentOS box, and it was running swimmingly. But we've recently noticed we're no longer getting email notifications for events. On the Events screen, under the Actions column, all of the triggers are showing as "Failed". I can send emails using the sendmail command, and as far as I'm aware, I didn't change anything in the zabbix configuration between when it was working and when it stopped.
My question is where in the system can I go to troubleshoot this further, and see more information than "failed"?
