False positive alert

Hello, guys.

I have a situation where I work.

We use zabbix to monitor various network devices on some of our clients via SNMP protocol, but at weekends, some clients turn off the routers we monitor, generating a false positive.

Anyway, there is some functionality that I can use to not generate alert in case of intentional disconnection of the device, or that this purposeful disconnection can be identified.

I'm starting to work with zabbix now, I do not have much experience.

You need more variables to make trigger decision precise, for example: "client SNMP device down, but root switch for this device is UP and running with at least 10 clients";
