Upgrade 2.0.9 to 2.2 Ubuntu

Hello,

i have a installation with ubuntu 32bit.
i use zabbix 2.0.9 installation but if i try to update i always end with a database error.

./zabbix-2.0.9/upgrades/dbpatches/2.0/mysql/upgrade zabbix
ERROR 1005 (HY000) at line 6: Can't create table 'zabbix.#sql-fbf_46' (errno: 121)
the error is the same with the new version.

the first installation 2.0.3 but i dont know if the upgrade from 2.0.3 > 2.0.9 went ok?

Can i fix this or backup user + host + templates to import it back again?

To what version do you want to upgrade?
What did you do and what error did you recieved?
