I am trying to monitor CALIX E7 device. Zabbix is able to ping the device but no snmp is available to it.

Hi,

You need to setup SNMP service on the Calix E7 and accept ACL/firewall settings for Zabbix Server.
To check SNMP use snmpwalk utility, also you may need get traps form Calix E7 (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...types/snmptrap).

I got it working, but I am unable to see the interfaces (GPON, ONTS) for the Calix E7. Any Idea on that, what templates should I use and are there any specific templates for Calix devices?

You need to get full list of the supported OID's with snmpwalk from the device and adjust standard template for the SNMP monitoring.
