    How to debug Agent unreachable events

    Hello
    i have a few windows servers computers with a agents install on them. some of them are losing the agent connectivity a few times a day, each time is for short time of up to 10 minutes. at this time the servers are up, responding to ping, and the zabbix agent process is running . this happened with different servers each time and it seem like random time. i cannot find any problem in both side the server and the agent.
    any one can guide me how to debug this problem and find the cause for it ?

    What kind of item? agent or agent(active)? Anything in the agent logs on the servers? Anything in the windows event logs? Cloud servers? Access by IP or DNS?

      Oh and are they monitored by a proxy or directly by the server?
