Permissions to monitor log file

The solution to this is evading me.

I have 2 identical server. server01 server 02

The both have identical item checks.

log["/var/log/mirth/primary/mirth.log",TransformerException,,,]

So I get this on server01

Permissions, contents of zabbix_agentd.conf, are all identical.
