Can't get zabbix clients to connect to server

Hi,

I have a running zabbix server instance which is working fine with SNMP clients and a localhost zabbix agent. However, today I went to add 3 Linux systems which have the zabbix agent installed on them but they won't show up in the zabbix server UI.

I am using version 3.4.11 on all clients and the server. From the zabbix host I can zabbix_get -s fsan-2 -p 10050 -k agent.ping and get a 1 back - same for other clients. However they don't show up in the UI as zabbix clients.

I've looked in the agent and server logs on the host and also the agent logs in the clients and there are no errors.

I've tried using hostnames and IPs but it is the same result. All seems well apart from the client don't show up in the zabbix server UI.

Hi! Did you apply the Zabbix Agent template Active or the other one? Take care that if you only use Active checks, zabbix UI will never show up in the ZBX box (green color).
Is zabbix collecting data of that hosts?

I had neglected to add the Zabbix Agent template - now it is all working. Thanks.
