how can I create an action to filter and register devices by name?

I have a perfectly working discovery rule that collects all devices in network by ssh

Now I am trying to apply a filter to register only devices that has "to" in the middle of the name. but it is not working. How can I do this ?

I think only the "Zabbix agent (System Uname)" returns the host name and then only is you choose that option for "Device uniqueness criteria". I think for a SSH port scan the returned value is the ip. I say "I think' because we don't use discovery, we use active agent auto registration for servers we manage.
