How do I find a check when I'm not sure what host it runs under

I know this is a strange question, but several months ago I added a check on one of my 152 hosts. The check is no longer working (no notification or anything, I love finding out this are broken when I get a call from a client), and I need to find the host it is under. The search does not work (version 1.8.11). Is there any way I can find the check without having to look through all 152 hosts and countless checks?
