Telnet on port 443 ( agent telnet or simple verification?)

    Hello,

I'm trying to configure a telnet session on a host. Do I have to use "Telnet Agent" or "Simple Verification" with the key "net.tcp.service"?

When I use "Simple Verification" with the key "net.tcp.service", my configuration is :

    key : net.tcp.service[telnet,10.xx.xx.xx,443].

But it doesn't work. The state is "not supported".

My objective is to know when a host is reachable by Telnet on port 443.

How can I do it ?

Finally, my configuration is OK. The state is active. But the returned value is 0 or when I try directly on the proxy server ZABBIX, it's connected.

    Here is the prompt :

    telnet 10.xxx.xxx.xxx 443
    Trying 10.xxx.xxx.xxx...
    Connected to 10.xxx.xxx.xxx.
    Escape character is '^]'.

Maybe I must to change "Information type" ?
