Zabbix 4.0 Ubuntu download location

Is there a new location to download the Ubuntu .deb files for Zabbix 4.x? I downloaded them previously but don't see on the Zabbix download page (says pre4.0 and version is 3.5?)

Also, is there a release date for 4.0?

Zabbix 4.0 is not released.
The release schedule has not been confirmed.

The alpha version for testing can be downloaded at this time.
The packages for testing are under the 3.5 directory.
