    EventLog resolved ?

    Hello everyone !

    I have a little question, I have configured EventLog (item, trigger, action) and I want to know when zabbix considers the problem "resolved"?
    Because the problem still in my dashboard...
    Zabbix remove the problem after a couple of days ? Or I can fix it ?

    (In "Action" I have uncheck "Recovery message")

    Bonjour à tous !

    J'ai une petite question, j'ai configuré EventLog (item, trigger, action) et je voulais savoir quand Zabbix considère que le problème est résolu ?
    Parce que le problème reste sur le dashboard.
    Est ce que Zabbix retire le problème tout seul ou au bout de quelque jours ? Ou je peux le faire manuellement ?

    (Dans "Action" j'ai décoché la case "Recovery Message")

    Hi,

    It depends on your trigger expression.
    if it's like
    Code:
    {host:log[path].logseverity()}>N
    It will stay in problem until the next log entry.

    What is your trigger expression ?

      My trigger is like this :
      Code:
      {DGOBIN:eventlog[Application].logseverity(0)}=4

        What is the last event severity in your windows event log ?
        Have you tried to generate an information message.

        What is the frequency of your item refresh ?

        Quelle version de Zabbix utilises tu ?

          I don't have access to the server today... So I don't know the last severity.
          "Have you tried to generate an information message." In other words ?
          And my update interval is 30 sec.

            Ok, Zabbix remove the problem after couple of hours(2h, 5h, it depends...). But why? What is the reason?
