look, if you are not going to listen to the advices, nothing is going to help you.
there should be no php files in /usr/share/... !!
why don't you try the commands from my post #15?

my first command in #15 was rm -rf /usr/share/zabbix

        find / -name httpd.conf

In Suse, apache config lives in /etc/apache/

The config for zabbix is in /etc/apache2/conf.d/zabbix.conf which points to /usr/share/zabbix.

There should be no files which belong to zabbix in /srv/www/htdocs. All is done via /etc/apache2/conf.d/zabbix.conf.

You should not mess up a distribution based on a package manager (RPM) with self compiled software (aka ./configure & make & make install).

Yes, steveboyson /etc/apache2/conf.d/zabbix.conf points to /usr/share/zabbix.

What do you suggest for me ?

                rm -rf /usr/share/zabbix
                copy the frontend/php directory there

                  Yes, I did this.
But at the step 3 :

                  3. Configure DB connection :
"The fronted does not match Zabbix database"

                        mysql -u root -p
                        from the command line?
