I would like to write a trigger for the agent.ping check that escalates in severity the longer an agent is unreachable, {'Information':5 minutes, 'Warning: 15 Minutes, 'Average': 30 Minutes, 'High': 60 minutes}
I think that this may need to be multiple checks and triggers, which I can easily create but I am not sure how to close the previous issue as the escalation conditions are met (i.e. information closed when warning threshold is reached, warning closed on average, etc).
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
