How make to close all triggers when host is offline?

I want to close all active triggers with comments "Host offline", when host has shutdown.
I change "Value" to "0" in table "Triggers", change "Acknowledged" to "1" in table "Events", update row in table "Problem", create row in table "Acknowledges" (but after the manual creation when closing in web-interface, an error occurs that the record with this ID already exists, and i don't understand where this counter is stored).
But, maybe, this problem can be solved in another way? Tell me, please, if there is such a method.

i think you can use the host status: enable-disable mode. it will disable all the trigger those "Shutdown Host" had.
