Hosts in Confirgurations missing

I use zabbix 3.0.14, and find a confused issue:

The hosts in Confirgurations missed,

I check the server log and find below error:

Then i want to debug, so change zabbix_server.conf
from

# DebugLevel=3

to

DebugLevel=3

and restart zabbix-server.

Check the web, hosts show!!!

Check the log again, error still exists:

All i do is change debug level from empty to 3 and restart server.

I config ip range to enable auto discovery, the "cannot send list of active checks" maybe caused by it.

But why host became available after change debug level?

Is it a bug? Or i miss something import?

Let me guess:
1) On web-page of your Zabbix server you created a host "MY_STORAGE_SERVER_IS_THE_BEST" with ip-address 192.168.50.100
2) On storage server "MY_STORAGE_SERVER_IS_THE_BEST" you created zabbix_agent.conf file with following parameters:
- Hostname=192.168.50.100
- ServerActive={ip-address of your zabbix server}
3) After zabbix_agent starts it send the request to Active Zabbix server "Give me a list of Active Checks for 192.168.50.100"
4) Zabbix server checks the list of hosts and cannot find any hosts with name 192.168.50.100. So, it drops error message in log file about it.

I assume you have two options:
a) If you want to remove errors about "cannot send list of active checks..." and wouldn't use any active checks on that servers, just comment out parameter ServerActive= from zabbix_agent.conf files and restart agents
b) If you are going to use active checks, correct "hostname" parameter in zabbix_agent.conf to real name of existing hosts on web-page of Zabbix server.
