We are not able to fetch information from a particular server which is running on CentOS 7. But the same version of the server we are running on the same subnet and gives us information. For example, my server is 192.168.5.1 and I have another server 192.168.5.2. I am able to see the polling information of the server 192.168.5.1 on my zabbix server [45.114.78.115] but I am not able to see the polling information about the CPU, disk etc.. for 192.168.5.2. Both the servers are with the same version 7 of Cent OS installed on them. I have tried stopping and starting the zabbix agent services but it did not help. We have no firewall[iptables] configured on both the servers and Selinux is disabled but still unable to fetch the information for only one server which 192.168.5.1 the same configuration works for other servers say 192.168.5.3... and soon. Please help to identify the problem and solve it.
