Mysql crash - InnoDB: Warning: a long semaphore wait

My Zabbix server is committed to the failure that is occurring in the mysql database. I already configured tunning in zabbix.conf, but my database is giving InnoDB problems: Warning: a long semaphore is waiting. causing the bank to crash. Has anyone ever had a similar situation? 180 monitored hosts 12,000 items monitored
