Azure VM network interface monitoring Number of Bytes received/sent

I don't know how to create trigger from these values

Per MS: Network OUT:The number of bytes out on all network interfaces by the Virtual Machine(s) (Outgoing Traffic)

Network IN: The number of bytes received on all network interfaces by the Virtual Machine(s) (Incoming Traffic)

i think it's solved: {azure template:azure.vm.network_in.pt5m["{#ID}",common].last()}>20M raise alert if incoming traffic is > 20 M
