Zabbix Discovery (Zabbix Agent)

Hello Everyone,

I am new to using Zabbix. Trying it out for my office network.

I am having a bit of an issue wrapping my head around one part. I can't seem to find any documentation or information on where this portion may be.

When creating a new Discovery Rule, adding a "Check" of Zabbix Agent it requires a key. Now I would assume this key is configured in the agent config file, but I do not see anywhere that would suggest this.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to Auto Discover a bunch of workstations after mass deploying the agent on Windows 10.

Do you want to automatically register the host using the network discovery function?
If so, you need to register actions corresponding to discovery events in addition to setting discovery rules.

Configuration -> Actions
And you can select Event source for Discovery from pull down at upper right.
