How to fire two actions in response to a trigger

I'm having a good time learning Zabbix, but have run into an issue.

I am monitoring two sites. When there is a problem, I want to be alerted. I also want to email the local admin person at that site.

I thought I could do this with the following. However, when the trigger fires for an issue on KB-SERVER, Client Notify KB doesn't occur so the local admin does not get an email. Report problems to Zabbix administrators does get triggered properly and so I do get an email. How can I make sure I get alerted for issues on all sites, but also be able to alert a different person on a site or host specific basis?

When I look at the Problems part of Zabbix, I can see that the email was sent to Zabbix Administrators but no mention of Client Notify KB. I think there is a problem either triggering two actions or something wrong with Host=KB-Server.

Any help on what I am missing much appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Mark

    Figured this out :-)

The user KB Site Notify needed to be in a User Group with read access to KB-SERVER.
