    Monitoring Time Period

I need to stop Zabbix emailling me when a specific item has a problem. I am monitoring a windows service which gets stopped every night at the same time and starts again at the same time. Currently I get emails all through the night telling me the service is down. How can I stop emails between certain times? I don't mind id the Zabbix server still reports the problem I just don't want emails during a specific time. I tried using flexible intervals but that does not seem to work. I am using Zabbix 2.2 on Ubuntu.

    Thanks

Use Maintenance period for your problem period

and don't forget update your action.

Or add time period to your triggers:

      (example 9)

Not so nice alternative - not sure about I should have put it up here:
(Or mark your jumping services with a "tag" in the trigger name, and make a special action to handle these, and link a mail media to this action with no mails during the night. Of cause your normal action have to take care and not handle services with the tag)

Thanks for your suggestions. I will give them a go.

Seems to be a few ways to achieve the same goal.
