Trigger on HDD Space

I am having to create a trigger that alerts on free disk space, non-percentage. Here is what I have so far, but it does not work.

{FS1:vfs.fs.size[E:,free].last()}<70

The 70 is just for testing. It will be set to 25 in production.

You know vfs.fs.size with "free" is in bytes right?
