Zabbix agent is fluctuating

Hi experts

for few of our servers Zabbix Agent is fluctuating.
once in every 5 to 10 min zabbix agent is not unable to connect to zabbix server for few seconds and immediately its back to normal.

When i open the logs on the servers i can see the below information.
even i tried changing from ServerActive=myzabbixserver.mydomain.com to myzabbixserver.mydomain.com:10051 in the conf file zabbix_agentd.win but it did not work.
