Zabbix agent on is unreachable - when server load is more than 15 on 32 CPU machine

Hi guys, I have some strange behavior on couple of ours machines.
All of these machines got a lot of cpu like bellow :
[root@somemachine ~]# cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep processor | wc -l
32

When load become more than 15, zabbix agent change state to unreachable - but we still have some reserve in CPU.
Anyone have something like us ?

Zabbix agent version - zabbix-agent-3.2.11-1.el7.x86_64

Problem solved,
This not was issue correlated with zabbix-agent. Main problem was docker iptables rules for some container.
