Empty response from Zabbix Agent at [IP]. Assuming access permission problem.

    Empty response from Zabbix Agent at [IP]. Assuming access permission problem.

    I would appreciate any help with this problem. I don't know exactly what am doing wrong.
    Who ever has had similar experiences, please how did you rectify this problem.

    Please check the setting of Server in the Zabbix Agent configuration.

    If the IP address of the Zabbix server is not registered in the "Server" setting, it is judged as a request from an unauthorized server, and the response is empty.

      Hello Atsushi and thank you for responding to me post!

      Please forgive my ignorance but I would like to be clear on this.
      Do you mean that I should register the IP address of the Zabbix server in my PC in the Zabbix agent configuration file downloaded into my HP server?
      Please clarify with photos if possible.

        It is necessary to describe it in the configuration file for Zabbix agent installed on the monitored server.

        ex.
        /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.conf
