Hi,
We use on trigger the tags functionnality to send notification to specific people
Exemple, trigger with tags "helpdesk" send mail to our helpdesk team (problem on print) and "network" send mail to our network team (problem on firewall for example)
But, when we import a template and check "update existing triggers", all tags on all trigger on the template was deleted
Is it a bug or a feature is present somewhere ?
