Custom trigger

Hi, I would like to make a custom trigger which will be source from a custom query regarding memory. The query result is an integer which will be passed to Zabbix via user parameter.
The trigger will act once the integer is > 2000MB AND <=2500MB .

I would be grateful if you could inform me how to make this query via Zabbix Trigger page and Expression section!

If you already collecting those data just look on ho triggers are defined in OOTB templates.
