        Is httpd running?
        How will it appear when accessing http://<zabbix-server ip>/zabbix/ ?
        If nothing is displayed, is the error log(/var/log/httpd/error_log) outputted?

      3- it says "PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$fields' (T_VARIABLE) in /usr/share/zabbix/index.php on line 41" is this a Reg.Form?

        If you do not use the OS standard package, it is possible that the PHP environment is not set up properly.
        Please make sure PHP is functioning properly by using phpinfo().

        For example, please place the following file in the directory where the Zabbix front end is located and try access.

        phpinfo.php
        -----
        <?php
        phpinfo();
        ?>
        -----

        Is the version that you anticipate running on PHP version?
