    SNMP Synology DS213J

    I'm trying to set up some monitoring for my Synology NAS drive using SNMP. I've downloaded the MIBs from here and for instance i've found a line that says

    .1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.1.2.1.1.4.0.9.1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.1 .2.127 OCTET-STRING Temperature

    But when i setup an item with this i just get Temperature returned which leads me to believe this isn't the correct OID. How do i figure out which is the right one from the MIB if there not labelled?

    I missed the guide available here but i'm still getting an error saying the oid isn't valid.

    I'm using .1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.1.2 to try and grab the temperature.

    it seems i had to add an .0 to the end of the temp one. I'm look at the disc ones now which don't seem to match up with the documentation.

    for the disk status the guide says it should be .1.3.6.1.4.6574.2.5 but it's actually .1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.2.1.1.5.0

      next time you can use snmpwalk and then you will see the right OID..

      Code:
      snmpwalk -v2c -c public YOU_IP .1.3.6.1.4.1.6574.1.2
      SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.6574.1.2.0 = INTEGER: 45
      Debian-User

      Sorry for my bad english
