Zabbix Host Migration how to get same Zabbix Version on New Host

I'm currently running Zabbix 3.4.5 on Centos 7, however the host it's on is massively underspec for what is running on it now.

I'm looking to move it to a new host with more processors and disk space to handle the current transactions.

While I can build the server if I do a yum update it upgrades to Zabbix 3.4.14.

Is there anyway I can get this to go to 3.4.5 instead?

I can't upgrade the current box as it's maxed out and I want to minimise downtime.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Having a latest available binary is a way to go as it will have a lot of bugfixes, so I would definitely not worry about that.

My concern was if there were any DB Table or field changes from 3.4.5 to 3.4.14.

I will just be doing a straight import of the database using SQLYog Community Edition.

When executing the yum command, you can install a specific version by specifying the version number as well as the package name.
However, I strongly recommend that you also choose a new version.

Changing the database from 3.4.5 to 3.4.14 is the difference in degree of index addition.
Changes to required databases are performed automatically when Zabbix Server is started.
