User Group "Debug Mode" - Where does output go?

I am trying to debug problems with some users getting multiple emails and pages for an event, and other not getting anything.

I have enabled "Debug Mode" in the User Groups of interest. What does this do? It does not seem to increase log verbosity in zabbix_server.log.

I'd just like a record of who got paged/emailed for what, and when.

We're running 2.0.3, if this is fixed in latest, I'll upgrade.

that allows to debug the frontend only - you should see a 'debug' link in the upper right corner
