Queue is backing up

Hello,

I would like to get your help on an issue i'm facing lately in Zabbix
When i navigate to Administration => Queue i see the following:


I Tried changing values in Zabbix server configuration file but it didn't help.
Here's what it is set for right now:

StartTrappers=80
Timeout=30
StartVMwareCollectors=13

Zabbix currently monitors:

• 10 VMware Hypervisors
• 73 Active Agents

Please help me fix that issue & I truly hope that i'll learn a little bit more about how zabbix works.
If more information is needed please let me know so that ill provide it ASAP.
