Where can I learn more about macros?

Hello everybody.

I'm trying to make a map in zabbix with a traffic monitoring in real time. I want to see the traffic incoming and outgoing on ether1 of my Mikrotik device.
I read that I must use macros to do this. Where can I learn more about macros and their sintax?

Could you please give me a example of how to do a input/output traffic monitoring of a ethernet interface using macros? I use zabbix 2.2.2.

My Microtik map's link label

► {MikroTik:ifInOctets[ether2].avg(300)}
◄ {MikroTik:ifOutOctets[ether2].avg(300)}

where:
- Hostname = Microtik
- ifInOctets & ifOutOctets = name of keys
- ether2 = link to modem (second from 6 in total)
- avg(300) = I like to see not a spike numbers but 5 minute average

Where I can read about these macros syntax? There's many functions (avg, sum, etc...) and I want to learn all of then!!
