    VMware hypervisors datastore monitoring

    Hi all!

I am trying to monitor VMware hypervisors datastore. But, I can not find right keys. List of keys: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...ks/vmware_keys
And ther are only vmware.hv.datastore.read and vmware.hv.datastore.write keys. How can I get info about free and used space? Thanks!

The same problem. Are there any other keys for a hypervisors datastore monitoring, besides the read/write, in unknown (at least, undocumented) units?
    Thanks in advance!

Sorry, some minimal description (at least, units: they are milliseconds) were found in the documentation.
They are a special type of "simple checks".

        Key vmware.hv.datastore.read modes

        Hi people,

is there any other mode available to use with key vmware.hv.datastore.read than latency mentioned in https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...s/vmware_keys?

Please help, I also desperately need a way to monitor datastore free space on the vmware esxi 6 host.

        Thank you in advance

          Problem resolved

          Hi guys,

I resolved this issue using the VmBix, TCP proxy for the VMWare Sphere API written in Java.

          This worked for me.

          Cheers
