How to configure SNMP communities in zabbix?

    Hello.

I have a simple question: how to configure the SNMP parameters (like snmp community, user and password) in zabbix?

    Grateful.

Thanks for the reply, steveboyson. Now, SNMP is OK.However the zabbix could not identify the interfaces of my device. Do you have any idea what might be happening?

      Grateful.

You need to define a SNMP interface for your host. See the "host" tab on your host.

          Thanx for the reply, steveboyson.
I already found the problem (I think). The SNMP interface in my device allow only the SNMP monitoring from hosts in the network 192.168.168.0. My zabbix server is in the network 192.168.0.0. I think that is the problem
But I have another question: how to use zabbix for monitoring in devices wich uses SNMP v3 (with user and passwotd authentication)? I don't found this option in zabbix...

You have to use SNMPv3 items.
You should update / clone existings SNMP templates to use SNMPv3 items prototypes
