Assistance finding the retention plan for Reports

Hello,

I am looking for assistance on figuring out the retention plan for the Reports tab on Zabbix. The main two sub-tabs are Audit and Availability Report.
Additional questions include:
1. What is the default retention plan?
2. How do you change the default retention plan?
3. Can you export data to Excel/PDF?

1. Availability is based on Trigger events. Audit.. just audit.. retention plans can be found in Administration -> General -> Housekeeping
3. Not in a native way from the frontend. Doable with API or direct SQLs
