Host with 2 management IPs

Hi,
I have a host with 2 management IPs.
How to define 2nd IP ?
I can add multiple IPs, but it Items we need to give a single IP interface.
Do I need to replicate Items for both interfaces ?

From your post what I can understand is,
When I define 2 IPs for the host,
I do not need to replicate Items for each interface even I assign a single IP to the Item.

Am I correct ?

Monitoring data on the host are not different depends over which one host IP some monitoring data will be transported to the server/proxy as long as the same agent is listening on all host IPs
