Add Host to a IT-Service

Dear Forum Member.

I want to add a Host to a IT-Service.

I followed the describe steps in the Manual, but I was only able to add Services to a Service not a Host.

Please can anybody point me to the right document or description where I can see how I can add a Host to a IT-Service, thanks.

As it described in documentation, "At the lowest level of IT services are triggers."

And one more note - IT-services are something like "Business E-Mail" or "Business WEB-site". Not the services as we usually think (http/ntp/snmp/etc.)

In your case, you have to create a structure of IT-services, from the lowest level (based on triggers) which include some checks of network availability and free space on servers, up to the Global Department Service, which dependent on low level services.
