Basically you need an email account from which the notifications will be sent.
You can either ask for one at your company or simply create a gmail account and enter that account's SMTP settings in Zabbix.

SMTP_PORT = 587

Yes, I forgot to mention, you need to set up SMTP forwarding to use gmail.
