If I attempt to delete 100 host, it takes a very long time and during that time, the web front end for me, where I would want to apply parallel changes become unusable.
If I attempt to delete say 200 host, it fails and any other changes I attempt to make fail. The DB didn't seem to be under much load, but the apache process was at 100% of 1 core.
I assume there are some apache performance tuning changes that would help and maybe some php ini changes that would help.
Does any one have any starting suggestions.
I have unlimited hardware resources and this is on a very large server, but I believe I am up against a tuning issue.
