I need some advace and recommendations.
We are want to start using Zabbix.
I have seen many setups involving multiple servers for the monitoring system.
We currently need to monitor about 17000 sensors (service states, network, disk space, CPU load, etc) accross about 10000 servers.
Only about 500 of them will make use of 20+ sensors though, with the rest only making use of 1 up to 3 sensors.
Is there a way to sacrifice complexity by only running a single Zabbix server?
If so, what spec system will be required?
We need to test the environment first before going fully operational.
If more information is needed, I will try to provide as much as I can.
